The Kitchen Health Kick Workshop was created to help you make informed choices about the foods you eat and their impact, not only on your health but on our environment too!

What makes our workshops unique is that we host them in YOUR kitchen.

This means you don't have to worry about travelling, getting someone to mind the kids or anything else. We can fit these workshops in with your lifestyle and commitments.

While it may be a little daunting to have someone in your kitchen - going through your pantry and seeing what you are eating - don't worry! Our sessions advocate balance - not frugal living or dieting. So, no need to hide the Tim Tams!

We give you practical tips and knowledge, so that you can feel more control over what you eat.
