Easy Fig & Pear Bircher

One of the saddest times of the year is the end of fig season - there are so many tree's here in Melbourne, so try and grab some and whip up a batch of this lovely bircher to remind you of summer as the mornings get cooler. 

Easy Fig & Pear Bircher

 

Serves 2
  • 1 pear, grated
  • 1/2 cup muesli - I used Carmen's Fruit & Nut but my homemade one works super well too
  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 2 - 4 figs, quartered
  • Cinnamon, a pinch
  1. Mix the grated pear, muesli and yoghurt together. Portion out into bowls and top with the fresh figs and cinnamon.
  2. Pop into containers or jars and store in the fridge overnight for a quick and easy on-the-go breakfast!
